Ten Car Rental is committed to provide customers a safe traveling. Therefore, we have been working on a cleaning and sanitization program called "Purple Safety Program" which will be focused on disinfecting our locations and vehicles. The program’s main objective is to make the customer feel confident when renting a car with us.
The "Purple Safety Program" Plan is an improved disinfection and cleaning process consisting of 15 points that follow the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines. All of our vehicles will be sealed and certified after undergoing the cleaning process to be delivered to our customers completely DISINFECTED.
Our cleaning crew in charge of the vehicles has been trained in the cleaning and disinfection process “Purple Safety Program".
In addition, Ten Car Rental is enrolled in the Good Practices National Program for the Hygienic Quality of Mexican MSMEs "Clean Point Quality Seal" in response to the socially required health safety needs with the COVID 19 pandemic through the safety measures of the Secretary of Health within the Mexican Republic Government to guarantee the hygiene of our cars, offices, and collaborators..
Likewise, our collaborators have received training on "Recommendations for a safe return to work before COVID 19",taught by the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS for its initials in Spanish).
All cleaning products used in Ten Car Rental are eco-friendly ECOLAB branded with BIODEGRADABILITY certificates, EPA (Environmental Protection Agency in the United States), and Federal Commission for the Protection of Health Risks (COFEPRIS for its initials in Spanish) which is a unit of the Federal Government.
